Discover the Tour of the Ballons des Vosges on the paths and hiking trails of the Vosges Massif.

This magnificent protected area offers beautiful sites of natural and cultural heritage. On the nature side, a succession of mountain landscapes, rounded peaks and high pastures, and two treasures: the great ridge that forms the Hautes-Vosges, with abundantly wooded slopes, and the Mille Étangs plateau, in Franche-Comté. Hautes Chaumes, peat bogs, lakes and rivers, oak, beech and fir forests make up the bulk of these natural landscapes. The fauna and flora are abundant, and emblematic of the mountain range: lynx, peregrine falcons, deer, chamois, grey wolves...
