Between Saint-Brieuc and Mont-Saint-Michel, Rennes and Saint-Malo, the "Sentier des Douaniers” (Customs trail) on the Emerald Coast (GR 34) will take you to discover Cap Fréhel and its remarkable heritage, the tip of the Grouin, or the splendid city of Dinard.
The routes of the Emerald Coast total more than 630 km of marked trails, and can be covered in more than 30 days of hiking. They will enable you to discover a variety of landscapes with sandy beaches, many cliffs and capes but also a remarkable architectural heritage including the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.

- Step 5 : Trécelin - Sables-d’or-les-Pins (22 km)
- Step 6 : Sables-d'Or-les-Pins - Pléneuf-Val-André (23 km)
- Step 7 : Pléneuf-Val-André - Crémur (27 km)
- Step 8 : Crémur - Yffiniac (12 km)
- Step 9 : Yffiniac - Saint-Brieuc (14 km)
