Discover Escape to the Jura

Please note that for the 2024 season, we will only be able to provide transfers on the southern part of the route: from Lons-Le-Saunier (Perrigny) to Saint Claude.

Between Dole and Saint-Claude via the Station des Rousses, the Échappée Jurassienne (Escape to the Jura) crosses the major sites of the Jura region. This 300 km hiking trail, fully marked and GR® approved, allows you to discover the richness and mysteries of this territory with its varied landscapes and reliefs.

Its unsuspected vineyard with 7 AOC wines, its invigorating lakes and waterfalls, its emblematic out-of-the-way places, its Salt works classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, make the Escape to the Jura a unique and unexpected adventure.

With more than 110 accommodations located along the route and ready to welcome hikers, a TopoGuide® (guidebook) from the FFRando dedicated to the route and specific signposting along the route, the Escape to the Jura offers every service that hikers could need.
