Located at an altitude of more than 1,000 metres, Aubrac is a high volcanic and granite plateau in the Massif Central straddling the departments of Aveyron, Cantal and Lozère.

Hike through its splendid landscapes dotted with high altitude meadows, moors, rivers and lakes. Discover these picturesque pastures surrounded by dry stones and dotted with typical burons (stone cabins) with lauze (slate) roofs, where shepherds could always find refuge.
