Covering about 93 km, this route will lead you to discover the Haut Languedoc, a region that will surprise you with the diversity of its landscapes. This hike, requiring about a week, will take you between hills of scrubland and the vineyards of the Languedoc.
The route between Vignes and Caroux is located in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, where you'll discover the Mont Caroux Plateau and its 360° panoramic view or the superb gorges of the Heric and their clear waters. You'll also cross many wine regions such as Berlou, Faugères or Saint Chinian.
The beginning of the hike offers no particular difficulty, but the later steps, in the heart of the mountains, can be harder.
